Big Blue Services, Inc. provides pool service, spa service, spa sales, and community-wide HOA cart rollout and rollback services in the Northern Outer Banks of North Carolina. Service availability depends on your location, property needs, and our current capacity.

2. Website Information

Submitting a contact form or requesting a callback is an inquiry. It does not book an appointment, reserve a product, authorize work, or create a service agreement.

The scope of work, pricing, scheduling, payment terms, cancellation terms, and any applicable warranties will be established separately in the estimate, sales documents, or service agreement applicable to your purchase or service. If those documents conflict with these website terms regarding that transaction, the transaction-specific documents control.

Additional services require separate agreement where they are not included in your existing service plan.

4. Product and Service Details

Pool and spa service plans are tailored to individual properties. Website descriptions do not mean that every listed task is included in every visit or service plan.

Spa specifications and options are provided for comparison. Confirm current specifications, pricing, availability, delivery arrangements, installation requirements, and warranty terms before ordering. Website content does not create an additional product warranty.

HOA carting refers to community-wide trash and recycling cart rollout and rollback under an agreed service plan. It does not represent an offer of individual waste pickup or waste disposal.

Please provide accurate contact and property information when communicating with us. If you act for a property owner, association, or management company, you must have authority to make the relevant request.

Do not include payment card details, passwords, gate codes, or other sensitive access information in the website’s general inquiry form. We can arrange an appropriate way to exchange information needed for service.

When you request a callback or submit an inquiry, you ask Big Blue to contact you about that request using the contact information you provide.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any marketing enrollment requiring consent will be handled separately.
